Partner Search - TARGET: Taking a reflexive approach to gender equality for institutional transformation

Name of the proposal: TARGET: Taking a reflexive approach to gender equality for institutional transformation
H2020 call: GERI.4.2015 (Support to research organisations to implement Gender Equality Plans)
Deadline for submission: 16 September 2015
Budget: Around 2 million Euro
Aim of TARGET: Contribute to the advancement of gender equality in research and innovation (R&I)
Scope: Support systematic institutional transformation by implementing tailored Gender Equality Plans (GEP) in research organisations in order to:
  • Remove barriers to the recruitment, retention and promotion of women 
  • Address gender imbalances in decision-making
  • Strength the gender dimension in research and innovation content, including Higher Education curricula

Consortium:

  • 6 organisations in countries relatively inactive in the field of gender equality in R&I will develop a GEP: 
  • 2 Research Funding Organisations in Romania and Cyprus 
  • 2 Universities in Serbia and Egypt
  • 2 Other Research Performing Organisations in Greece and Turkey
  • Two supporting institutions from Italy and Spain and a pool of experts to facilitate institutional change
  • Coordinator and evaluator from Austria (Institute of Higher Studies)
